Recently our company tried to obtain a Heidelberg Windmill Press. After much searching, we came across 1buynsell.com owned by Bonnie Dean (see information below). He is a broker for used equipment and lists various equipment for sale on his web site. We found a press on his site (www.1buynsell.com) and began working out the details to purchase it. We were given the name of the original owner (located in Denver, CO) and called him to talk about the machine (its condition, etc.) After the call we were satisfied that the machine would be a serviceable piece of equipment for us. On December 8, 2008, we contracted with Bonnie Dean, Buy-Sell, Inc. for the equipment. At his request, we overnighted a check to him that same day to cover the press and shipping. Bonnie Dean received the check and deposited it on December 9, 2008 and it cleared our bank on December 10, 2008. However, since that time, he has given us multiple excuses as to why he has not been able to ship our press. For example: couldn’t line up the riggers to put the machine on a pallet, couldn’t get a truck lined up, holidays, couldn’t get the press released because the owner was retiring, but needed to run more jobs (!?), were just some of the excuses we got from him. Eventually he gave us dates of the rigging finally being done, dates when the press would actually ship, and expected delivery dates so far none of these dates we have been given have turned out to be true. During the process, we have found that his local Better Business Bureau (Eastern KY) has received multiple complaints about this man and his business, most of which go unanswered. They have given him a grade of “F”. Here is the BBB writeup: http://bluegrass.bbb.org/codbrep.html?wlcl=y&id=20000805 In subsequent email discussions over the matter, he has told us he would send us a refund and call us with a tracking number of that refund, which has not happened. We believe the original owner of the press (located in Denver CO) to be a reputable businessman. At our company president’s last discussion with the original press owner, he said the press has been rigged on pallets for shipment since last August. He also said Bonnie Dean, of Buy-Sell Inc. has not paid him for the press in question, nor has Dean contacted the press owner about any shipping arrangements. Dean has quite a bit of equipment listed on his website. ( www.1buynsell.com ) We have also found other businesses listed as being owned by Dean: 1BuyNSell.com

Once again, buyer beware!
The same thing is happening to me at this moment. I can’t believe Bonnie Dean has lasted this long stealing peoples money. I am in the process of filing charges. What a nightmare! Buyer Beware is an understatement!
Buyer beware of dealing with this individual, (Bonnie Dean) we (thought) we purchase a Kenro Darkroom Camera Model #2600 (on July 23,2009) as shown on his website. We wired him the money and he to gave us a lot of excuses as to taking apart a darkroom (photo shown camera was not in a darkroom) putting it on a pallet, wrapping it and getting it ready to ship with promises of ship dates, which never happen. We finally got tired of the excuses and ask him to go ahead and ship it and we’ll pay the shipping as C.O.D., still no camera. My last email to him was requesting my money back and we have not heard from him since. We too are in the process of filing a small claims law suit along with a lien, trying to get our money back.
We are going through the same thing right now with Bonnie Dean. We wired him money per his contract on Feb. 26 for a KF systems Foil Stamping machine. The truck was supposed to be here today after many delays, excuses, and lies. I just found this information on the Web regarding Bonnie Dean and realized that we have been ripped off. Why isn’t this man in Jail.
