A: We offer 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″ forms (4 per sheet) in several grades of white and several colors. One of our customers shared his great experience using them:
“The printing was flawless. I thought I might have an issue due to the thickness of the stock, but it was perfect. My only other concern was a bar code I printed on the tag and whether it could be read. Once again, there were no issues.
The forms were used to create inventory tags for a physical inventory. Each sheet was used to create two (2) two-part tags. The tags were separated horizontally to be sorted. A tag number in the form of a bar code was scanned and then the inventory was scanned for that tag. After each card was filled in on both sides of the perforation, the perforation allowed us to easily separate the tags. One remained with the inventory, while the other was sent to tag control for entry. This was a great improvement in our previous process of stapling tags together and then pulling them apart.
I cannot say enough about the service I received in ordering the product and having it delivered on time. Any delay would have cause a major inconvenience and expense to my organization.”

Q: We use Zen Cart and found the .php file you offer that formats a packing slip to fit Burris Computer Forms Peel Out! Shipping Label Sheets™ layouts LS-A and LS-A4. Can you send me samples of those forms? Sounds like it might be a good solution for us.
A: Our Zen Cart packing slip template will fit on Peel Out! Shipping Label Sheets™ layouts LS-A, LS-A with perforation and LS-A4 with perforation, using the Zen Cart shopping cart. The printout will allow you to have a return address and shipping address printed on a packing slip with a peel-off label ready for your package. The template was created using Zen Cart version 1.3.5. You may request free samples.
Q: The shipping label sheets forms I ordered don’t feed properly. I have tried them either direction. The text that is supposed to print in the peel off section is never where they it’s supposed to be. My printer has always printed in the proper position on regular paper. Any suggestions?
A: This type of problem usually occurs because of the settings on your printer.
You need to check the “media type” under “preferences” on your printer, specifically to see what paper types your printer will handle.
For instance, my inkjet printer has a setting that says “plain” paper and another setting that says “thick plain” paper.
The thick plain paper is what I have to set my printer to in order for the sheets to “feed” properly. Setting your printer to print on a heavier paper should do the trick!

Q: I’m looking for a white folded note card on which I can mount 4 inch x 6 inch photos. I need envelopes and clear “wrapping” (cellophane?) protectors.
It really depends on your application and printer as to which postcard would be best for you. The first thing is that you need to make sure that your printer will support the paper weight of the postcards, by checking our ‘find your paper’ tool . If your printer is not listed, please contact us, and we would be happy to look it up for you and add it to our database.
If you are looking to just print color text or simple graphics you may like the 4KS (standard white) postcards. However, if you want to use photographs or high resolution images you may like the 4KPL (premium light) or 4KP (premium heavy) postcards, as they have a smoother brighter white finish that looks better with graphics or photographs.
Q: I want to produce one-of a kind postcards from the thousands of digital pictures I’ve taken to mail to my friends, family and associates. Should I be using your glossy cut, middleweight cut or heavy matte for this purpose? Also does the free program I see you offer have an address template on it for the reverse side of the postcard?
A: If you are looking to print photographs on the single cards I would recommend either the 4x6P or 4x6G depending on what you prefer. The 4x6P is our premium heavy white matte postcard which is good for photographs and has a nice smooth matte finish. Our 4x6G is glossy for laser printers which has a high gloss finish which looks really good with photos. Both of these cards are good for photographs, it is just whether you prefer a glossy or matte finish for your images.
