• Order preprinted sets if your software prints the data only. Order blank sets if your software prints the form image and data. Preprinted red scannable Copy A is included.
• 2up format, for two different employees per page. Print each copy as a batch, then separate and collate for each recipient.
• Each 8 1/2" X 11" sheet is perfoated according to IRS regulations
• One FREE W3 transmittal form is included with your order
• Order the quantity equal to the number of employees for which you file

Remember:

• These forms are for the current tax year only! We do not offer tax forms for previous tax years.
   
• There is a $30 minimum order on W2's & 1099's

Orders marked for FedEx Overnight/2 Day/Express Saver shipping and placed before 1PM EST will be shipped the same business day.
