How do I get a copy of my invoice?
There are two ways to get a copy of your invoice:
1. The first way: We will automatically send you a copy of your invoice on a PDF file to your email address when your order has shipped from our warehouse
2. The second way: you can get a copy of your invoice by calling our customer service department 1-800-982-FORM (3676) and we will be happy to assist with emailing you another invoice
If you want a paper copy of your order or your invoice call us at 1-800-982-FORM (3676) and we will be happy to mail one to you.
If you have been approved by our credit department to be set up on terms with us, you will be mailed a paper invoice when your order ships
