Your tracking number will be e-mailed to you after your order is shipped out of our facility.

It will be included in a PDF file sent in the e-mailed invoice.

If you do not receive this e-mail please call our customer service department 1-800-982-FORM (3676) and we will be happy to assist with obtaining your tracking number
