Shipping/Handling Policy:

Blank Postcard Orders and Peel Out! Shipping Label Sheets™ Orders

We normally ship most postcard orders and Peel Out! Shipping Label Sheets™ orders the same day. If an order is placed on a Saturday or Sunday, then the order will be processed the next business day. Quantities over 7,500 may take longer.  Yes, we can ship internationally.

Pre-printed Invoices, Statements Imprinted With Customer Name and Address

We normally ship imprinted standard forms in 3 - 5 business days. (Please allow 1 1/2 to 2 weeks from your order date until delivery.)

We normally ship other stock items (W2's, 1099's, blank standard forms) within 48 hours (Mon-Fri) of your order. For expedited shipping options for W2 and 1099 orders click here.

Depending upon our plant of origin, customer destination, weight, and timing, we will ship using FedEx Ground, USPS, Federal Express, UPS, FedEx Freight or ABF or other carrier. We ship using our best selected carrier for the job and we strive to be efficient and cost-effective. Sorry, we cannot ship using a specified carrier or using a customer's carrier account.

Rush handling and shipping are available for additional charge.

 

Return Policy


Burris Computer Forms pledges to create, provide and deliver high quality, beneficial products in a timely fashion with excellent service. We value any feedback you may have on any of our products.  Forms that are incorrect, defective or printed incorrectly by us are returnable at any time, for exchange or refund.  Please contact us to receive an RMA.

Forms marked with the year (W2's, 1099's) are returnable until the end of the year, but not thereafter, unless it is our error.
