4 Reasons to Print Pack Slip and Shipping Label Directly on the Same Form.

Using combination forms (paper with a label built into it) can benefit your company’s bottom line. They’re easy to use and easy to print your own.

Here are 4 reasons to print your pack slip and shipping label directly onto the same form:

Save Moneyprint pack slip and shipping label directly on same form

By printing your pack slip and shipping label directly onto the same form you can use one less sheet of paper. Not only does this save on paper, it saves on time as well. If you have 10 orders going out youd only have to print 10 forms if you’re printing them directly onto the same form, as opposed to 20 if you’re printing them on separate forms.

Keeps Pack Slip and Shipping Label Together

Keeping the shipping label and pack slip together can drastically increase order accuracy by keeping the order information all in one place. This way there’s no second guessing about whether or not this pack slip goes with that shipping label. The pack slip and shipping label stay on the same form up to the point where the package is prepared for shipping. Peel and place the shipping label on the box and remove the packing list via perforation and place it inside the box for your customer.

Print Your Terms of Service (ToS) on Back

Print your ToS on the back of the paper side of the paper and label combination form. Just make sure you use an inkjet printer so you don’t run the label sheet through a laser printer twice (that can cause the label to prematurely peel off). Burris can also have your ToS printed on the back of our Peel Out! Shipping Label Sheets.

Print Return Information on Back

Alternatively you can print return information on the back of the paper side in case your customer finds out they ordered the wrong size, color, shape, etc. This can lessen the amount of customer service calls on how to return items incorrectly ordered.
