Burris Computer Forms Announces a Valentine Card Contest.

Anyone can enter, or vote, by logging into Facebook, and going to Burris’ Facebook page (  www.facebook.com/pages/Burris-Computer-Forms/53065906639 ) , and clicking the “Like” button.

Entries must be the original creation of the contestant.

Card templates for Microsoft Word and Publisher can be downloaded from Burris’ site at Card templates for Microsoft Word or Card templates for Microsoft Publisher .

One combined photo of both the front and back of the card should be uploaded to Burris’s Facebook page, listed above.

To submit an entry, post a photo of your Valentine’s Day Card creation on Burris’ Wall.

Entries can be submitted before, during or after Valentine’s Day, 2011, up until Wednesday, February 16 at 5:00 PM, EST.

Anyone can vote for their favorite Valentine’s card entry by logging into Facebook, going to Burris’ FaceBook page, and clicking the “Like” button under the entry they want to vote for.

The winner will be determined by the entry that receives the most “Likes” by Thursday, February 17 at 5:00 PM, EST.

The prize will be announced and sent to the winning entrant Friday, February 18.

The prize is a $50 Gift Certificate to Darden Restaurants (Olive Garden / Red Lobster/Longhorn Steakhouse/ The Capital Grille/Bahama Breeze/Seasons 52 ).

Entrant agrees that Burris may publish or share the entry with others (for no charge). Burris will not sell the card messages.
