Q:  I’m looking for a long (#10) foldover note card that I can attach a bookmark to….. along with a matching envelope….. It needs to be about 4″ x 9″…… and a decent quality in white.  Can you help?

A:  We do not carry a #10 foldover card as a stock item.  We do carry blank printable bookmarks which measure 2.75″ x 8.5″ each.   I would be happy to work up a custom quote for the foldover cards and envelopes if you would like.  The minimum quantity would be 2,500 sheets.  Or, the closest stock item we have are our HalfFold cards which measure 8.5×5.5” when folded.

Can I print forms from your website?

You may print your own documents, on your computer and printer, using our templates and blank blank postcards, shipping label sheets, blank labels, note cards, door hangers, or other Print On Demand products.

Q:  I am looking for some clear laser compatible labels to use for bath products. Do you carry such a label?  This will be for bath and body products. I will need several different sizes, but probably something close to a 4″wide x 3″ high for most of the products, or if you stock something close to that.

A:  We do carry a clear, matte, permanent adhesive label for laser printers.  Please contact us indicating desired label size, number of labels per 8.5” X 11” sheet, and number of sheets.

Q:  We are a world wide distributor  and do heavy volume shipping. We primarily ship Fed Ex and UPS. We currently have to print off packing slips and put in an adhesive envelope. Can we combine an adhesive packing slip and UPS/Fed Ex label? We ship thousands of pieces of merchandise. Right now, we print the label and then print the packing slip separately.  The packing slip then has to be folded and put in an adhesive envelope.  We are looking for a way to process our shipments a little more efficiently.

A:  We recommend our LLS-8.5X5.5-2UP – this is an 8.5” X 11” sheet with 2 labels that are 8.5” wide X 5.5” tall each.   That way you can use ½ of the sheet as a package label (on the outside of the box), and the other ½ of the sheet as a packing slip label.

Q:  We are in the process of creating a double sided handout with information about upcoming events at the library. The design is 8.5 x 11 paper portrait making two handouts per sheet. We would like to put this on perforated med cardstock so that it would be easy for our volunteers to separate. Not every branch has a paper cutter and it might be difficult to cut them precisely. Do you have anything that can be used for this purpose?

A:  I think our Print on Demand Jumbo Postcards™ would work very well for your needs.  We have our Jumbo Lightweight if you are looking for a lightweight cardstock.  Or, you may choose our Jumbo Standard if you would like more of a standard weight cardstock.  These are blank sheets of 11 in. X 8.5 in. postcard thickness stock designed for printing on standard laser and inkjet printers. They have a special micro perforation so each sheet will yield two jumbo 8.5 in. X 5.5in. postcards.

Yes, we can manufacture the Printable Member / ID Card™ – Glossy Laser [Item: MC-Perf-GL] with 1 large card across the bottom of the sheet.

We do have a 5,000 sheet minimum with a + / – 10% overrun for manufacturing, shipping and billing. (industry standards).  Please contact us for a custom quote.

Q:  Can your blank postcards (Single On Demand) be printed on both sides? If yes, are the Glossy ones that can only be used with a laser-printer glossy on both sides or matte on the reverse side?

A:  Yes, our Print-On-Demand Single Postcards™ can be printed on both sides.  The 4x6G (laser gloss) is a high gloss finish on one side and matte on the reverse.  This product is for laser printers only.  If you have an inkjet printer, we recommend only using paper specifically designated as inkjet paper, as it will absorb the ink properly.  Here are some examples of our products, which are only designated for inkjet printers.

Peel Out! Shipping Label Sheets LS-A layout works with Stamps.com’s new Zen Cart USPS Shipping Integration.

Available at no additional charge to new and existing Stamps.com customers, this new USPS ecommerce shipping integration allows Zen Cart users to import customer order data and print shipping labels for all USPS mail classes, domestic or international.  After printing your shipping labels, Stamps.com automatically posts order status details such as tracking number, ship date, and mail class back to the Zen Cart database.

Contact us for a price quote on large quantities or request samples for testing.

As a custom job of 2,500 sheets or more, we could produce an 11″ x 17″ sheet with perforations, yielding 3 postcards, which measure 3 2/3″ x 5 2/3″ each.  These individual postcards would still meet the USPS regulations for postcard rate, which is $0.28 as of May 11, 2009.  If you need more information, please contact us or call 1-800-982-3676.

Can I use your papers in my Canon printer?

by Raki Wright | Last Updated June 29, 2010

Your Canon printer can likely handle any of our papers.  To build our database of printer specifications, we check manufacturer websites and other resources.  Canon does not generally state what paper weights each printer can handle.  Rather, they state which Canon papers each printer can accommodate.  Most inkjet printers, including Canon, can handle very heavy paper, up to 300 gsm.  Our paper weights range from 125 gsm to 219 gsm.    If you need more information, please contact us or we would be happy to send samples for testing.
