Dentists all across the nation are supporting the Halloween Candy BuyBack program. It’s a program dentist offices can sign up to join where they buy back candy from kids in exchange for things like healthy candy, toothbrushes, and some even give $1 for every pound of candy a kid brings in.
You can use blank postcards to help with marketing and keeping track of all the candy!
Use them in a direct mail campaign to get the message about your BuyBack out to nearby neighborhoods. You can also use larger postcards for use with Every Door Direct Mail to make postage a lot more affordable, since you don’t necessarily need a mailing list.
Include information like:
You can print a template out for parents to fill out information about their child and then you can record how much candy they had. Put up a Wall of Fame for the biggest givers!
Let the kids draw a design on a postcard to be placed in with the candy they gave. Having a personalized card from the children who donate the candy is sure to bring smiles!
Use the postcards to label which boxes have chocolate and which boxes do not. The boxes with chocolate in them will need to keep cool!
