How do I find out my order status?

There are several ways to check your order status:

• The First Way: We will automatically send you a series of e-mails


• The first e-mail will be a confirmation that your order was placed


• The second e-mail will be a confirmation that your order is in process


• The third e-mail will be a confirmation of shipment with attached Invoice and tracking number
• The Second Way: log in to your account and view your orders
• The Third Way: you may call our customer service department 1-800-982-FORM (3676) and we will be happy to assist with the status of your order
