Direct Thermal Labels

Save cost, and print directly on your labels with direct thermal label printing. These blank labels make it easy to print a few or a thousand labels at a time, and work well with a variety of printers.

For our direct thermal printer labels, we provide a white paper, backed with an all-temperature adhesive.

Direct thermal labels do not have as long of a life as thermal transfer labels. They perform best within short term projects, such as shipping labels and rotating inventory labels, as they are more sensitive to weather and general use than are the thermal transfer labels. These direct thermal labels work well with a variety of major brands of printers, such as Brady, Datamax, Intermec, Monarch 9800 series, Printronix, Sato, TEC, and Zebra.

Unlike thermal transfer labels, there is no ribbon needed for the direct thermal printer. Along with saving costs on ribbon, using these direct thermal labels saves cost on ink and toner as well.
