You can print your own RSVP cards to help save money. Whether it’s your child’s fifth birthday or an invitation to your wedding, you can add a creative and unique touch to your RSVP cards when you print your own.

Let’s take a look at how you can create your own RSVP cards for a child’s birthday party.Print your own RSVP cards

For your invitation you can use double postcards and for your RSVP cards you can use utility postcards. See our previous How To on Printing Your Own Appointment Reminder Cards to learn how to print on the double postcards.

When you buy blank postcards in bulk you can use them for all sorts of occasions. You can print them out with different designs for each child’s birthday, use them for Thanksgiving dinner invitations, wedding invitations, etc.

Most designs can be printed for just a few pennies (depending on colors used and printer) and when you buy postcards in bulk, you can reduce the price per postcard down to just a small handful of change as well.

Step 1: Download the Postcard Template

Download the utility postcard template from one of the product pages.

Step 3: Design Your RSVP Card

Have fun with your RSVP design (especially if it’s for a birthday) but don’t forget to include these key pieces of information:

  • Address of the party
  • Date of the party
  • Time of the party
  • Anything they need to bring (example: swimsuit)
  • Whether or not food (not just snacks) will be served
  • How to get in contact with you

It would also be nice to include a stamp for the RSVPers to use to return the RSVP stub.

**Hint** Use the Text Direction tool in “Format” to rotate the text inside the text box.
